Police Identify Man Killed in Winfield Moped Crash

Winfield police identify a man who was killed in a moped accident Saturday. 60-year-old James Tickel of Winfield was headed eastbound on 10th avenue on his 2009 Huawi moped when he struck a parked pickup truck.

He was airlifted to a Wichita hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
