Drivers will have to wait until the end of the week, at the earliest, to use the intersection of Kellogg and Rock unimpeded. Monday's rains left so much water on the road crews will have to wait days for it dry so they can finish marking it. Engineers opened up east and westbound lanes of Kellogg under Rock Rd last week. This week they plan to open all lanes, including turning areas, on Rock Rd.
