Police have been trying to track down the rapist since 2000. Just last month, he struck again.
According to the Kansas City Star, there have been seven victims. All of them are college-age women who live near the K-State campus.
Police say the suspect breaks into the women's home while they're asleep and wears a mask that covers everything but his eyes.
Officials are asking parents to remind their daughters about safety, such as making sure they lock their doors and windows in their homes.
The man is described as having a medium build. He's in his late 20's, stands about 5' 10," and weighs between 200-220 pounds.
He has blue eyes and was last seen wearing a charcoal gray long sleeve pullover shirt with khaki pants and brown pull-on shoes or boots.
The star reports more students are using the Wildcat Walk, a security service that accompanies them across campus.
Also, more professors are giving classes on how to stay safe. Until the August incident, police say there hadn't been any reports related to the masked man in two years.
