Spinach Artichoke Casserole (Andrea Cassell)

Ingredients:

3 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach

14-oz. can artichokes, quartered (not marinated)

8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature

1 stick butter, softened

1 box seasoned croutons, crushed

Directions:

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain.

Drain artichokes.

Spread artichokes evenly in an 8-by-8 pan.

Combine soft butter and cream cheese; add to drained spinach.

Pour on top of artichokes.

Bake covered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven; top with crushed croutons.

Return to oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
