I take a quarter dose of aspirin daily because my doctor says it's good for my heart. But someone told me it could be to blame for my ringing ears.
Aspirin can cause tinnitus, but rarely at such a low dose. Talk this over with your doctor before stopping your aspirin.
Is it OK to keep vitamins (multi, C, fish oil, calcium) in the fridge?
Vitamins should be stored in a cool, dry place. The refrigerator is cold, but not dry. They will be fine at room temperature in a kitchen cupboard.
