Have you ever wondered what it’s like to jump into a freezing cold lake in the middle of winter? Brave individuals took the plunge into O.J. Watson Park’s 39 degree lake on Saturday, February 1. With an outside temperature of 26 degrees, the cold was enough to have participants running for warmth after taking the plunge. The Polar Plunge is a yearly fundraiser that raises money for the Special Olympics.
