DETROIT A Michigan high school student was kicked out of school because of a picture she snapped of a sink in the bathroom at school. The teen says she saw discolored water coming out of the sink, took a picture of it and posted it on social media.

"I just took a picture of it, and then in my newspaper class I talked about it with them," explained Hazel Juco, the girl who took the picture. "I always hope that someone will see it and want to help us because our school obviously doesn't have the money."

A short time later, Juco was called down to the office and told she was being suspended for "inappropriate use of electronics in the restroom."

However, many have criticized the school's decision saying the rule against cell phones in the bathrooms is to prevent inappropriate pictures of people, not building issues.
