A 4.4-magnitude earthquake registered Wednesday night near Oklahoma City.
The US GEOLOGICAL SURVEY says the earthquake registered about 6 miles northeast of Edmund a little before 10 p.m.

Hours later, the US Geological Survey reported an earthquake centered just north of Edmond, Oklahoma.
That quake was recorded at around 1:40 a.m. and measured 3.5, according to the USGS.
No damage was reported.
