Bond increased for decapitation defendant

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) A Sedgwick County judge has raised the bond for a Wichita woman accused of decapitating a woman in April.

In a hearing Friday morning, Judge Tyler Roush said Rachael Hilyard posed an extreme risk to community safety and raised her bond to $500,000.

Her bond was set at $250,000.

She's accused of killing and decapitating Micki Davis last month.
