LINDSBORG, Kan. A dog who escaped in Kansas is reunited with his owner after three months.

Domino is a 4-year-old Border Collie-Labrador mix who was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas by Katie Aretz of Seattle.

Aretz found the dog online and adopted him.

But in August when he was on his way to his new owner, Domino escaped from his crate in Lindsborg.

Three months later, Domino was found and taken in.

Aretz was contacted and flew to Kansas to take the dog to his new home in Seattle.

He is now microchipped for identification.
