Halstead Middle School gathers donations for students

HALSTEAD, Kan. (KWCH) Middle school students in Halstead are making us Kansas Proud.

Students from Halstead Middle School loaded a trailer full of supplies and clothing for V.W. Miller Intermediate School students affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Last week, V.W Miller kids went back to school. On their Facebook page, they say they are excited to be back in school and back on track.

Hurricane Harvey caused significant damage to the Pasadena Independent School District.

School districts and offices have rallied together to provide supplies and transportation to families affected.

Halstead Students make us Kansas Proud helping their fellow students in this time of uncertainty.
