MANHATTAN, Kan. (KWCH) Kansas State University will call off class for a couple of hours next Tuesday for a unity walk.
The university is taking a step to encourage all students, faculty, and staff to participate. All classes and offices will be closed at that time.
The walk is meant to be an introduction to a new community-wide program called KSUnite and highlight diversity, inclusion and equity on campus.
The walk is next Tuesday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
