Man's death in Butler County investigated as 'suspicious'

BUTLER COUNTY, Kan. The Butler County Sheriff's Office says investigators are treating a 68-year-old man's death as suspicious.

Butler County Sheriff Kelly Herzet says about 4:30 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a report of the man not breathing at a mobile home in the 300 block of North elm Street in Douglass. That man was pronounced dead a short time later, the sheriff says.

Herzet says one person was questioned, but there have been no arrests. He says an autopsy is expected soon
