Meteorologist Mark Larson says a few more isolated storms will be possible Friday afternoon but our weekend looks dry and warm with lots of sun and a few passing clouds.
Friday will be warm again with highs ranging from the mid 80s northwest to the mid 90s around southeastern Kansas. Winds will be light once again statewide. We'll also see another round of isolated late-day and early evening storms across central and eastern parts of our state but severe weather's not expected.
Weekend highs will top-out in the mid 80s to near 90 degrees and it'll be dry but an approaching storm will start to spread more clouds across the state Sunday afternoon.
Get set to get wet Monday and Tuesday when a storm system brings widespread showers and isolated storms to most of Kansas.
