KHP: Dog to blame for critical injury crash

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) Update:

One person is critically hurt in a morning crash caused by a dog.

The Kanas Highway Patrol says the dog was crossing I-135 near 85th Street when a car slowed down for it.

Troopers say that caused another car to hit the first vehicle.

A third vehicle was hit by debris.
Sedgwick County dispatchers say emergency crews are on the scene of a crash that has left one person with potentially critical injuries.

The crash happened on Friday around 11 a.m near I-135 and 85th street north near Valley Center.

EMS has transported one person to the hospital with serious injuries. Another was taken with minor injuries.
