Chief Meteorologist Ross Janssen says that another very windy day is expected on Tuesday, raising concerns for fire danger. Red flag warnings cover most of the state.
Expect a mainly clear sky heading into Tuesday morning. Lows will be a mix of 20s and 30s with northwest winds down between 10-25 mph. During the late morning and afternoon, gusts will be once again be over 40 mph. Temperatures will top out in the upper 40s and low 50s. There will be more clouds in the northern part of the state.
Gusty winds FINALLY go down Wednesday night with clear skies. Wednesday afternoon looks to have less wind, more sunshine, and temperatures near 50. There still aren't many chances for rain coming our way anytime soon.
