Parole denied for man convicted in the kidnapping of Nancy Shoemaker

Parole is denied parole for the man who helped abduct 9-year-old Nancy Shoemaker back in 1990.

The Kansas Department of Corrections confirms the Prisoner Review Board denied Donald Wacker's fourth bid at parole due to serious nature/circumstances of the crime and that he denies responsibility and objections.

Wacker will be eligible for parole again in two years.

He is currently serving a life sentence for helping Doil Lane kidnap Shoemaker. Lane sexually assaulted and killed her.
