Sammy's milk baby food is being recalled over concerns it may contain a potentially deadly bacteria.
Health officials say the bacteria called cronobacter can cause blood infections or meningitis in infants.
The FDA also found the baby food has inadequate levels of iron.
The product has expiration dates of November 2016 all the way to 2018.
Health officials say you should immediately return the food to the store for a refund.
