Summer sizzle is back this week

By  |

Meteorologist Sarah Fletcher says showers and storms will continue Sunday evening, mainly in western Kansas. The disturbance that is producing those showers will begin to move to the east for the start of the work week.

Monday night, showers and storms will be possible in north central Kansas, coming to an end Tuesday morning.

By the middle of the week, high pressure will take over, keeping our skies clear and bringing the heat. Highs will warm back into the 100s. It will feel more like 100-105 when you factor in the humidity.

The sunny and hot weather will continue into next weekend.
