ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. (KWCH) Update:
Suspects connected to an Arkansas City burglary earlier this month and several others across the Midwest have been arrested.
Police say the suspects were identified as being from Houston and arrested in Rolla, Missouri on August 8 during another Walgreens burglary.
On August 1, the suspects smashed the pharmacy drive thru window at an Arkansas City Walgreens and stole several prescription medications.
Police say the suspects were identified due to the cooperation between many different agencies from several states.
The Arkansas City Police Department is asking for help to locate three men who broke into a pharmacy Tuesday morning.
Police say around 3:57 a.m., officers responded to a burglary alarm at Walgreens, 2100 N. Summit St.
Surveillance video showed the masked men break the drive-through pharmacy window, crawl into the building and take several containers of medication from the shelves.
The men left the scene in an unknown make or model vehicle.
Police say the burglary mimics cases that have occurred throughout the Midwest, including in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
Anyone with any information about this crime or any of the three suspects, or who might have seen anything suspicious Tuesday morning, is asked to call the Ark City Police Department at (620) 441-4444.
