The company already employs 400 people at its Wichita call center at 2021 North Amidon, Suite 1300.

NORC says it needs interviewers for its Telephone Surveys and Support Operations (TSSO) staff. Starting pay is $10 per hour for English speaking interviewers and $10.50 per hour for Spanish bilingual employees. Training is paid and no prior experience is needed.

NORC says it has a partnership with the Associated Press - the AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research.
