WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) Kansas businessman Wink Hartman says if the National Rifle Association decides to bring its annual meeting to Kansas, they can use Hartman Arena.
Hartman said in a tweet that he reached out to the NRA on Tuesday and offered the use of his arena for their national conference and future events.
"We cannot stand by as the liberal anti-second amendment groups mobilize to disarm law-abiding Americans," continued in the tweet.

Hartman's offer comes a day after Kansas Secretary of State and 2018 Republican gubernatorial candidate, Kris Kobach, suggested the NRA bring its conference to Kansas.
This year's NRA Annual Meeting of Members is scheduled to be held on May 5 in Dallas. But the city's mayor said the organization should reconsider coming after the Feb. 14 deadly mass shooting at a Florida high school.
