The Harley Davidson CVO (Custom Vehicle Operations) is a family of models intended for the factory custom market. The line was first created in 1999. Special features for the CVO lineup have included hand-painted pinstripes, ostrich leather on the seats and trunks, gold leaf incorporated in the paint, and electronic accessories such as GPS navigation systems and music players.

The CVO line includes the following models.

-The CVO Road Glide: this one is an instant attention grabber with its high-impact graphics and paint. It is powered by a 110 cubic inch Cam engine, and supplies a combined fuel consumption of 5.737 l/100 km.

-The CVO Ultra Classic Electra Glide: this bike features a twin Cam 110 Engine, offering an average fuel consumption of 4.2 l /100 km, and a six speed cruise drive transmission, providing smooth, quiet shifting and reducing engine speed on highways.

-CVO Breakout: this bike features lots of chrome, a chopped rear fender and turbine chrome wheels. The Cam 110 engine delivers a 112.1 ft-lb of torque at 3,500 rpm, and includes a six-speed cruise drive transmission, helping achieve an average fuel economy of 43 miles per gallon.
