KWCH - Kansas News and Weather - Israel Mireles to Make First Appearance Friday

The man accused in the death of a Butler County teen will be in court for his first appearance Friday.
Israel Mireles is accused of killing Emily Sander in late 2007.
He was found several weeks after the murder in Mexico, but authorities there did not extradite him until recently.
His first appearance is set for 8:30 Friday morning
