KWCH - Kansas News and Weather - Arkansas City Woman Discovers Stranger In Her Bed

Arkansas City police were called to the 1300 blk. of N. 4th St. after a woman reported a man had entered her home without permission. The resident discovered the man in her bed. He fled the house leaving his pants and identification behind.
While police were at the home investigating, a vehicle sped by the at a high rate of speed. Officers chased the vehicle, and arrested the driver. The vehicle turned out ot be stolen.
The vehicle turned out to be stolen from the neighborhood of the original call by the man discovered in the homeowner's bed. The motive for the suspects actions is still not known.
