Wichita police have identified a three-year-old child who was killed in a two-vehicle crash along Kellogg Thursday morning as Mario Enrique Zamara-Portillo.
Police say five kids were in the minivan with their mother driving, two of the children were properly buckled in, three of them were not. Those three children were thrown from the vehicle.
Police want to talk with the driver of a white pickup that was behind the red minivan involved in the collision. Police say that person is just an eyewitness and they don't suspect the driver had anything to do with the crash.
This is the 21st traffic death in Wichita this year.
