• 1 Frozen Banana
  • Handful of frozen mangos
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • Glass of water

Put everything into the blender and blend – but the order is very important…I always put banana, mangos, protein powder if using it, spinach then water…blend on HIGH!

*you can try different blends of fruits, berries, greens & experiment with frozen, fresh.  Protein powders or different types of milk (almond, coconut, soy, etc.) are always good to try too!
