EMS workers treated two women attending the Keith Urban concert Tuesday night. The women were in the front row of the lower level when they fell four feet to the ground below.
The arena's general manager says the women were leaning against a railing when the railing buckled. The women then fell, hurting themselves.
The railing was bolted down but it's not permanent in that specific spot. The arena moves the railings around depending on the set up for a particular event.
Manager AJ Boelski says he feels bad about what happened. He says they want everyone to have a great experience while at the arena. Boelski is still trying to figure out why it happened, it's under review. He says once they know, they'll make the appropriate changes to ensure it doesn't happen again.
