(DODGE CITY, Kan.)—
A 24-year-old Dodge City man is now charged with murder in the death of his son.
Jonathan M. Villa-Ramirez is suspected of abusing his 9-month-old son, Brandon Villa.
He was admitted to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita on July 22 in critical condition, but later died of his injuries.
The Wichita Exploited and Missing Child Unit is helping Dodge City authorities in the investigation.
