Tuition going up at all Kansas universities

It already costs you tens of thousands of dollars, but now a college education in Kansas will get even more expensive.  The Board of Regents voted to raise tuition at all six state schools Thursday. The increases range from 4% at K-State and Fort Hays State to 6.9% at Emporia State.
