The art of coulis

The visual arts are not my forte. But, the fact that I can't draw my way out of a paper bag is one of the reasons I love coulis so much. These light, bright sauces based on pureed fruits or vegetables are, along with being delicious and easy to prepare, beautiful to behold. Add one to your next plate and you'll feel like a true food artist.
