Technology is great...but it can still run into human restrictions.
A caller to our Answerback line wants to know why we are only live-streaming SOME of our Eyewitness newscasts on our website during the Olympics.
Well, NBC and the Olympics have incredibly-complicated restrictions on what we can show.
One of those rules is that we cannot live-stream Olympic highlights on-line.
So we have to be very careful which newscasts to put on our website.
Keep in mind though, this issue only lasts another week.
Then it's back to normal.
