If you can put down your phone long enough, you might be interested in some of our most recent poll results.
With the help of SurveyUSA, we asked 500 Kansans about cell phone use in the car.
52% says it should be illegal to talk on the phone while driving....and a whopping 89% says texting should be banned. Three out of four have no problem though, when it comes to hands-free devices.
And about the same number 77%, say those rules should be made by the state, not local entities.
