That question comes from a viewer in Liberal.
Kelly tell us that he (she?) subscribes to DirecTV, but has been unable to get local channels in high definition.
After checking with our technical people, I am told it may be a limitation of the H-D Spot Beam of DirectTV.
What exactly does that mean?
I have no idea...I don't know a spot beam from Spot the dog.
The simple explanation is that DirectTv doesn't have the capacity to provide local channels in H-D.
Will that change any time soon?
That's something only the folks from that company can answer.
