Airline Announces "Pay-to-Pee" Toilet Fee

LOS ANGELES -- One day after U.S. low-cost carrier Spirit announced it will start charging for overhead bin space, comes word that European discount giant Ryanair is pushing ahead with plans to charge passengers to use the bathroom.
