New research says exercise may make your flu shot more effective.

A study done on a small group of volunteers found moderate exercise for 90 minutes after getting your shot, may nearly double the antibodies your body produces and enhance the flu vaccine.

But researchers caution not to overdo it.  Overexertion can lower the immune response and actually lead to sickness.
