Are you ready to be a space pioneer? A financial tycoon is looking for a couple to take a trip to Mars.
It'll be just the two of you, together for 16 months inside a small space capsule. It's actually a fly-by of Mars- there's no landing involved.
The trip is the idea of the first space tourist, Dennis Tito and his team. The mission is being planned to take advantage of an rare alignment of the orbits of Earth and Mars.
Tito says a man and woman traveling would represent humanity, and a married couple might be best able to support each other on such a long and distant trip.
