Romney, Obama are both wrong on outsourcing

President Barack Obama is slamming Republican challenger Mitt Romney for heading companies that were "pioneers in outsourcing U.S. jobs," while Mr. Romney is accusing Mr. Obama of being "the real outsourcer in chief."
