(WICHITA, Kan.)—
Wichita Police were called to the 2500-block of Holyoak after gunshots were heard.
When they arrived they found a 31-year-old woman with lacerations to her head. She said she had been pistol whipped but refused to tell police what happened.
Witnesses say the woman had been dropped off in the area by a white four-door car just before the shots were fired.
Live ammunition and shell casings were found at the scene.
