Former Rooks County Sheriff Randy Axelson pleads guilty to distributing methamphetamine. Axelson was in court Friday for an arraignment hearing.
He also pleaded guilty to distributing meth near school grounds.
Axelson was out on a $45,000 bond. He'll be sentenced at a later date.
A second person entered a guilty plea on similar counts in the same case.
