Police: Woman reports being raped by man she met on Craigslist

Okay does this story REALLY add up?  Think about it.  Girl meets guy on the internet (documentation).  Meets at a QT and decides to follow him back to his place (Location)  Why did you report they were investigating it when it should have been an open and shut case.  Either,   A.) The guy is an idiot if he thinks he can get away with it. (who in their right mind would bring someone to their house to rape them in the first place) or   B.)  The girl is making it up for whatever reason.  Either way someone should have been in custody by the time this reporter did his story.  The girl would have been able to take the officer to the guys house. (not like it was a country road and an un-identified vehicle)  The suspects name would have been readily available along with the address.  This is the most vague reporting I have ever seen.  I see this as nothing more than trying to create a "shock and awe" moment at Craigslist's expense.  Sure Craigslist has its downsides but really?  Think about it.  So where's the follow up.  I'd be anxious to know.  If the WPD haven't solved this yet what does that say about the WPD?  Oh, and they say if you say "GULLIBLE" real slow it sounds like "ORANGE"..........Just Say'n.

I feel for her but at some point a person needs to at least partly responsible for their own actions of stupidity and gullibility unless mentaly maybe she shouldn't be on her own.

Some people are just so extreemly gullible that it goes beyond laughable not that this is a laughing situation but every day we hear about people sending thousands of dollars after one phone call without checking out who they really talked to and we have situations like this where she didn't object to going with someone she didn't even know and had only talked to on the internet.
