(WICHITA, Kan.)—
Wichita police are looking for two 18-year-old men who punched a man in the face and took off with his car. It happened in the 2200 block of S. Oliver late Tuesday. Police say the 41-year-old victim was checking his car for a leak when the two suspects pulled up in a blue 1990s Cadillac (partial tag "413").One of the men, later identified as 18-year-old Quanique Hameen, got out of the car and punched the victim in the face. The victim, fearing the two men were armed, ran off - leaving his car running.
Police say the suspect got into the victim's car and took off. That car was later recovered in the 1800 block of S. Glendale.
An eyewitness helped police identify the two suspects. The other man is identified as 18-year-old Keith Hickles.
The victim was not seriously hurt and the car was not damaged. Anyone with information on where the suspects are is asked to call police.
