(WICHITA, Kan.)—
A Wichita teenager stands accused of raping his younger sister. Wichita police say the 19-year-old was arrested after his sister told a school counselor about the assaults earlier this month.
Wichita Police Lieutenant Doug Nolte says the 16-year-old girl told her counselor the assaults started in July of 2008 and ended in 2010.
The suspect was booked into jail on rape and indecent liberties charges.
