Update: Wichita police say a Newton man was attacked after a road rage incident in the parking lot of the Cotillion on Saturday.
Police say the victim got out of his car and confronted the suspect about the situation. The suspect got out of his car and knocked the victim down and kicked him in the head.
The victim suffered a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. He's listed in 'guarded' condition.

A Newton man is hospitalized after he is attacked in the Cotillion parking lot.
The incident happened at 11:25 Saturday night.
Wichita Police say the 39 year old man was in Wichita for the evening, watching an MMA fight with his wife. The victim was leaving when he got into an altercation with an unknown male.
The victim was struck in the head, knocked to the ground, and kicked while he was down.He was rushed to Via Christi - St. Francis with a skull fracture and a brain bleed.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 30's, 5'10", weighing 230lbs. He was last seen wearing jeans, sweatshirt, and a baseball cap, possibly red in color. Investigators were able to get a vehicle and tag description, but comes back as an address outside of Wichita city limits.
