A hearing for David Kendall has been postponed until January 23.
The former Sedgwick County jail deputy is accused of sex crimes while working at the Sedgwick County Jail. He's charged with sexually abusing six inmates between April 1 and June 3 of last year.
Prosecutors will present a judge with evidence to determine whether he should be bound over for trial.
