A man says he killed his grandmother. Jacob Hoyt pleaded guilty on Friday to killing Loyce Cody in December 2011.
Cody worked at Cessna Elementary in Wichita. She was found dead in her Butler County home after she failed to show up to work.
Hoyt will be sentenced in March.
Hoyt's girlfriend, Lindsey Giovinazzo, was also charged in Cody's death. She was sentenced to 25 years in prison last month.
