Wichita Police are searching for suspects accused of attacking a man while he was taking a walk.

The 22-year-old victim said he was jumped in the 2400 block of W. Haskell around 3 a.m. Saturday. He told police three Hispanic males got out of a car and assaulted him.

The man walked home, then fell asleep. He said he then woke up and noticed a pool of blood in his bed. A family member transported the man to Via Christi Hospital on east Harry after finding a stab wound to the lung. He was then taken to Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis for treatment.

The man is expected to recover.
