A second person is charged with helping an inmate who escaped from the Saline County jail.  Antonio Brown turned himself in last week after walking away from the jail a few days earlier.

Monday, authorities arrested Joshua Brown, 30, in Wichita.  He's charged with obstructing apprehension or prosecution, which is a felony.

Last week, deputies arrested Eric Terry.  The 28-year-old is also charged with obstructing apprehension or prosecution in connection with Brown's escape.

Brown walked out of his holding cell Monday. He was awaiting sentencing for beating death of 14-month-old Clayden Urbanek.

Brown turned himself into authorities in south Wichita late Wednesday night. He was extradicted back to Salina.  He now faces additional charges of aggravated escape from custody.

According to the Kansas Department of Corrections, Terry has served time for burglary, theft, and criminal theft of a financial card. His criminal history dates back to 2003. He was released from jail Dec. 13.
