(HUTCHINSON, Kan.)—
Two men enter not guilty pleas for the death of a Hutchinson mother. Billy Joe Craig Jr. and Christopher Logsdon appeared in Reno County court for an arraignment hearing Friday. Both entered not guilty pleas for the death of Jennifer Heckel.
Heckel was found shot to death inside her home in June 2011. Prosecutors say it was a case of mistaken identity, but haven't given specifics on how shooting happened. 27-year-old Heckel was home with her young son when she was killed. Her son went to a neighbors house to ask for help.
Logsdon is scheduled to go to trail in May and Craig in July.
