(WICHITA, Kan.)—
A teen is in the hospital after he was shot while walking in North Wichita.
Police were called to 12th and Green around 12:15 Sunday morning. The teen was walking with a friend when a maroon 4-door car pulled up behind them.
Four people got out of the car and confronted the teens. One of them pulled a black revolver out of his waistband and shot the 15-year-old in the hip. The 4 suspects got back into the car and drove away.
The teen was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police are still looking for the shooter.
